The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the Ministry of Defence working with Right Management. The CTP supports those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force or the Royal Marines at any rank with resettlement support, career transition advice and training opportunities. The CTP is the official provider of Armed Forces resettlement.

Cobseo, as the Confederation of Service Charities, provides a single point of contact for interaction with Government, including local government and the Devolved Administrations; with the Royal Household; with the Private Sector; and, of course, with other members of the Armed Forces Community.
